5. Understanding Your Matches
The Matches page is where you’ll find the prioritized list of job opportunities generated by your Search Agents. This page is designed to give you a clear, at-a-glance understanding of why a job is a good fit for you.
Filtering and Sorting
You can quickly find the most relevant opportunities using the powerful filtering and sorting tools:
- Search: Instantly filter by job title or company name.
- Advanced Filters: Open the filter modal to narrow down your results by a specific Search Agent, a minimum
Match Score, or a minimumRelevancy Score. - Sorting: Click on column headers like
Job Title,Company, orScoreto sort your results. You can even toggle between sorting byDate PostedandDate Processed. - Hide Duplicates: Check this option to see only the highest-scoring match for jobs posted multiple times.
- Show Favourites: Filter your view to only show matches you’ve starred.
Detailed Match Breakdown
Click the dropdown arrow on any match to see a detailed breakdown. This is where our AI provides its full analysis:
- Fulfilled Requirements: A list of requirements from the job description that our AI determined were met by your resume. For each one, it shows you the exact text from your resume that provided evidence for this fulfillment.
- Missing Requirements: A list of requirements that were not clearly found in your resume. This is excellent for identifying areas where you could tailor your resume or highlight during an interview.
- AI Notes & Concerns: Sometimes the AI has uncertainties (e.g., “The job asks for 5+ years of experience, but the resume only explicitly shows 4 years.”). This section provides valuable, transparent feedback.
Advanced Actions
From the detailed view, you have access to powerful tools:
- Compare Resumes: If you have multiple resumes, click Compare to run a “what-if” analysis. Our AI will generate a new match score for the same job using a different resume, helping you choose the best one for the application. (This costs 1 credit).
- Give Feedback: Was the match good or bad? Click the thumbs up or thumbs down buttons. When you mark a match as “bad,” you can provide a reason. This feedback helps our AI learn and improves the quality of your future matches.
