Credits and Billing

plshireme.ca operates on a simple, transparent, pay-as-you-go credit system. There are no monthly subscriptions or hidden fees, and your credits never expire.

How Credits Work

• What is a Credit? A credit is the unit of currency used within the platform to perform a deep analysis of one job opening.
• When is a Credit Used? One credit is consumed for each unique job listing that is successfully analyzed against your chosen resume.

This ensures you only pay for the core value: receiving a detailed, AI-powered match report. If a job has been analyzed before (for another user or a different task), we use a cached result to save time, but a credit is still consumed to generate the new match for you.

You are not charged for:

• Uploading resumes.
• Creating or managing Search Agents.
• The number of jobs your agent finds, only the ones it successfully analyzes.

Automatic Credit Refunds

Our goal is fairness. If our system fails to analyze a job after multiple attempts due to an error on our end (like invalid data from the job board or a temporary service issue), the credit used for that attempt is automatically refunded to your account.

Purchasing & Redeeming Credits

You can purchase more credits at any time from the Pricing page. We offer several credit packs to suit your needs.

From your Account page, you can also redeem special credit codes that may be offered during promotions or for beta testing.
